Hello dear salamat po sa comments actually fully furnished po iyan with eletric and water na po with masterbedroom airconditioner & hot shower also.At saka iyong renta is the whole house no limited guest pa.If you want to rent in the hotel I think my house is better than hotel for the renting priced.And besides napakamahal po ng maintenance ngayun at depende na rin sa quality ng bahay so if you have your own house like mine I think you will be understand...thanks again and Have a nice daY!!!
Oh yes I forgot onething, I dont have plan to sell my house instead I'll keep it as long I can.I sacrificed a lot just for having my own house..Thanks again!
